Personal profile：Prof. LIN Guoping
He has a PhD in history and is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Social History, Fujian Normal University. He is an expert with special allowance from The State Council of China. He has been teaching Chinese traditional culture and Religious belief in Fujian and Taiwan for a long time. He has been awarded as the Famous Teacher of Fujian Normal University. He has been invited to give a series of lectures on“the Origin of Folk Belief in Fujian” at Fujian Education Station, which has won wide praise. Professor Lin has received many awards for his research on fujian religious belief and regional culture in Fujian and Taiwan. He has presided over a number of international cooperative projects, national scientific research projects and provincial social science planning, and has published more than 10 academic works and more than 90 academic papers.
